Security Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Security Engineer to join our expanding global team. In this position, you will collaborate with our Security Architects and Engineering teams to assist clients in identifying, analyzing, and addressing security threats effectively. You will also focus on enhancing and automating security operations, gaining experience across various clients, environments, and technologies, particularly in SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, and cloud-native security solutions.

What you'll do

Collaborate with Security Architects and Engineering teams to enhance security measures for clients.

Assist in the detection, investigation, and response to security incidents.

Automate security operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Work with diverse clients and technologies to ensure comprehensive security coverage.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in security engineering or a related field.

Strong knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, and Threat Intelligence tools.

Experience with cloud-native security platforms.

Proficient in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.

Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.

Nice to have

Familiarity with incident response frameworks and methodologies.

Understanding of compliance standards and regulations related to security.

Skills & tools

Experience with security monitoring tools and incident response platforms.

Knowledge of network security protocols and architectures.

Familiarity with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools.
