Job Description

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Electrical Failure Analysis Engineer to diagnose yield-limiting failures in NAND technology. You will lead electrical FA, perform de-processing, and correlate data from multiple sources to uncover root causes and drive improvements.

The role requires an MS/PhD in a related field and hands-on semiconductor failure analysis experience, with strong communication skills for global collaboration and reporting."
