Position Summary
The In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) Engineer is responsible formonitoring, controlling, and improving in-process quality during opticaltransceiver manufacturing. This role ensures early defect detection, processcompliance, and continuous improvement of in-line quality performance.
Key Responsibilities
Perform and overseein-lineinspectionsacross critical processes:
DB / WB / AA / Assembly / Test
Monitor and control:
Process quality
Defect trends
Yield performance
Identify and implement containmentactions for quality issues
Ensure compliance with:
SOP and Work Instructions
Control plans and inspection standards
Support root cause analysis and correctiveactions
Provide feedback to Manufacturing andEngineering teams for improvement
Maintain inspection records, quality data,and reports
