Job Description & Requirements
Produce and update BIM models, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings (Structural, Architectural, and MEP).
Coordinate BIM workflows and ensure compliance with project standards.
Perform clash detection and coordinate resolution among project teams.
Manage and maintain project models and drawing documentation.
Conduct BIM coordination meetings and prepare progress reports.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil/ Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience as BIM Coordinator (preferably with A1 Main Contractor).
Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Tekla.
