Manage and coordinate HVAC/ACMV construction projects from start to completion.
Supervise installation works, including ducting, piping, AHU, FCU, and ventilation systems.
Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and site activities.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality, safety, and compliance requirements are met.
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Prepare project reports and relevant documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
HVAC/ACMV construction and project coordination.
Able to read M&E/HVAC drawings.
