JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare regular financial and management reports.
Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances.
Monitor invoices, payments, expenses, and account balances.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Track and analyze customer or vendor accounts.
Prepare spreadsheets and financial analyses using Excel or other accounting software.
Communicate with internal departments to resolve account-related issues.
Support audits and provide required financial documentation.
Ensure transactions comply with company policies and accounting procedures.
Provide management with insights based on financial and account analysis.
REQUIREMENT
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics , or a related field.
Strong Excel skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
