Major LTA / MRT Infrastructure Project

Multidisciplinary BIM Coordination

Exposure to Advanced BIM & Digital Delivery

Responsibilities

Coordinate BIM models across Architectural, M&E, Structural, Civil and other disciplines.

Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plans, LTA BIM standards and client requirements.

Conduct clash detection, model validation and 3D coordination using Navisworks, BIM Track or similar platforms.

Liaise with consultants, contractors and project teams to resolve coordination issues and ensure timely model submissions.

Support 4D simulation, construction sequencing and BIM-based planning where required.

Manage BIM submission schedules, documentation, data exchange and Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.

Participate in technical meetings and BIM coordination reviews.

Provide guidance and support to project teams on BIM processes, standards and software.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.

3–5 years of BIM coordination experience

, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or MRT projects.

Prior experience with main contractors and BIM implementation is essential.

Proficient in

Revit (Architectural/M&E), Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC and Dynamo

.

Familiar with LTA/MRT BIM standards, submission requirements and CDE environments.

Strong experience in clash detection, 3D coordination and multidisciplinary model coordination.

Knowledge of ISO 19650 and 4D/5D BIM applications will be an advantage.

Good understanding of construction processes, design coordination and technical drawings.

MRT systems, tunnelling, station layouts and M&E infrastructure experience will be advantageous.

Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.

OTHER INFORMATION:

Location: East

Working hours: 5.5 Days

Salary: up to S$6,500 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
