IT Service Desk Administrator - End-User Support

Job Description

DP Architects Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Service Desk Administrator to manage daily IT operations, provide frontline support to end-users, and maintain local IT infrastructure in our Singapore office.

You will handle Tier 1/2 support, user account management (AD/Microsoft 365), asset provisioning, and maintain SOPs with a focus on service excellence and SLAs. This role requires strong communication and a customer-service mindset.
