An excellent QA Automation Engineer opportunity has just arisen with an experienced team in a well-established organisation.

Job Purpose:

Ensure software quality through effective testing, automation, and collaboration across technical and business teams.

Job Responsibilities:

Understand business requirements and translate them into clear, structured test scenarios and cases.

Design and execute functional, integration, and regression tests across multiple systems and platforms.

Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and expected outcomes.

Work closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues across systems and APIs.

Support and enhance automation frameworks for critical workflows and improve overall testing efficiency.

Job Requirements:

Experience in software testing, including manual and automation testing across complex applications.

Familiar with Agile or Scrum environments and tools like Jira or similar platforms.

Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.

Understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations for effective end-to-end testing.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git or Jenkins preferred.

Can trace issues across APIs, logs, DB queries, microservices

Understand how systems talk to each other (REST, messaging, DB layers)

Hands-on experience building Appium frameworks (not just scripts)
