Job Responsibilities

Participate in the design, development, and iteration of core platform features across the frontend and backend.

Translate business requirements into clear data models, service APIs, and technical solutions with support from the team.

Help build reliable, secure, and scalable backend services and data capabilities.

Explore and apply AI technologies to real product workflows, ensuring outputs are understandable, verifiable, and reversible where appropriate.

Collaborate with product, design, data, and business teams to turn complex capabilities into simple, intuitive user experiences.

Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and engineering practices that improve code quality and delivery efficiency.

Continuously learn new technologies and contribute to improvements in product performance, stability, and user experience.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, graduating in 2026 or 2027.

Solid computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, operating systems, computer networks, and databases.

Familiarity with at least one mainstream programming language, such as Java, Go, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

Interest in both frontend and backend development, with a basic understanding of modern web application architecture and development workflows.

Familiarity with relational databases and file or object storage; exposure to access control, data security, or data isolation is a plus.

Internship experience, personal projects, coursework, open-source contributions, or programming competition experience is preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment.

Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.

Interest in practical AI applications and AI-assisted development tools, while maintaining high standards for code quality, security, and reliability.
