Desktop & Workplace Support Engineer

Job Description

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in desktop support, endpoint engineering, or workplace services.

Strong knowledge of:

Microsoft Windows 10/11

Microsoft 365 Suite

Active Directory

Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)

Microsoft Intune

Endpoint Manager

SCCM/MECM

VPN and networking fundamentals

Experience supporting enterprise desktop and laptop environments.

Hands-on experience with device deployment and endpoint management tools.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.

Microsoft 365 Certified certifications.

ITIL Foundation certification.

CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification.

Previous experience supporting pre-sales or solution consulting activities.
