Must be understand drawings, and ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Ensure the project is completed according to the required quality, safety, cost, and timeline targets.

Effectively applies safe and economical methodology enforces project standards

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or its equivalent

Minimum 15 yearsconstruction experience in project/site management in construction industry

Good knowledge of construction methods, safety requirements, and project coordination.

Completed relevant safety courses required,Such as BCSS&WAHS&TFSC.

Good communication and problem-solving skills,and able to manage multiple activities and work under pressure.
