Senior System Engineer (Cloud & Infrastructure)

Are you a hands-on technical leader ready to drive a major IT transformation?

We are seeking a

Senior System Engineer

to step into a pivotal role within a highly governed MNC environment. In this position, you will be the driving force behind transitioning our IT operations from an MSP-managed model to a robust in-house operating model. You will own local infrastructure, modernize operational processes, and provide senior technical support to IT teams across 13 AMAP branches.

This is

not

an armchair management role; it requires a practitioner who loves troubleshooting, automating, and engineering modern enterprise environments.

What You Will Do:

Infrastructure & Cloud:

Manage and scale our multi-cloud (Azure and GCP) and hybrid environments, driving platform modernization and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments.

MSP Transition:

Lead the active handover from our MSP, driving knowledge transfer and taking full ownership of infrastructure operations.

Identity & Security:

Oversee our enterprise IAM strategy (Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk PAM) and ensure our infrastructure aligns with Zero Trust architecture and strict compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2).

IT Operations:

Modernize operations using AIOps, manage the ITSM framework, and oversee Unified Endpoint Management (UEM).

Team Leadership:

Mentor and develop the internal IT team, acting as the senior escalation point for local and regional issues.

What You Bring:

8+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead capacity.

A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent enterprise experience.

Proven, hands-on experience executing MSP-to-in-house IT transitions under strict governance frameworks.

Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) and enterprise networking (routing, switching, firewalls, SD-WAN).

Strong scripting and automation skills (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Python).

Expertise in IAM and Privileged Access Management (Microsoft Entra ID, Keycloak, CyberArk).
