Job Description

You will be reporting directly to the Manager, Quality Assurance & Engineering and required to undertake such duties as may be assign to you in the proper performance of your employment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform review/gap analysis on customer’s specifications of chemical processes, with adequate process control measures

To conduct quarterly internal audits to ensure process compliance according to plating specifications

Actively involve in new process setup, buy‑off and qualification program

Involve in quality issues investigations, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation

Translate customers’ specifications to Work Instructions/ SOPs

Responsible for the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) of the company

Perform internal audits to ensure process, product and system are complied with requirements

Aggressive to trigger process improvement in terms of better quality, more stable process, improve productivity, reduce cycle time etc

Provide training to the operators, inspectors and executive staff continuously to achieve team or Company’s objective

Any other ad‑hoc duties or projects as and when assigned by the Manager or Management.
