Job Description:
Assist construction manager in planning of project schedule
Oversee and monitor the construction works and progress on site and prepare relevant documents and report before report to construction manager
Supervise the workers along the project execution period patiently
Assist workers and take over the operator when needed
Ensure the quality of works in accordance with clients' requirements
Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance
Conduct quality check and ensure the works are meets industry's requirements
Carry out inspection of workers' personal protection equipment and safety gear in order to adhere to the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)
Resolve all issue and problem arising on site and report to manager and main contractor immediately as well as providing constructive solutions
Manage and resolve all issues associated with workers included their physical and mentally health as well as disputes encountered
Assist in sourcing of accommodation for workers
Be the liaison between workers, supervisor and other relevant parties
Assist other supervisor and take over their site when they are on home leave
Organise and review meetings and attend meetings as needed including project and site meetings
Responsible for receipt and transfer of construction materials, plants and machinery and ensure timely delivery
Coordinate and communicate between internal parties and external parties included construction managers, site supervisors, office staffs, workers, main contractors, suppliers, local authorities
Undertake any other duties assigned by management from time to time

Job Requirement:
Possess knowledge and certificate in Construction
In-depth knowledge of construction equipment, Construction Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices
At least 15 years of experience as construction supervisor in construction industry
Adapt sun exposure or hazard environment
Need to hands-on and do not mind to getting hands dirty
Must be able to work in day or night shift if required
Attend to emergency call or ready to work any time due to project and works needs beyond office hour
Must be considerate, empathic and conscious as required to due with workers from different background and take care of their physical needs and emotional
Must be able to work in weekend or public holidays if needed
Strong management skills and good communication skills
Detailed, resourceful, independent and a good team player
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work effectively under time pressure
Able to communicate in different languages is a plus
required to travel between different construction site
Competent in conflict and crisis management
