Technical Lead (.NET / Java / React)

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive software development initiatives while leading a team of engineers in delivering scalable and high-quality applications. You will provide technical leadership, define solution architecture, and guide the team through Agile development practices while ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of software engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.

Provide technical leadership, solution design, and architectural guidance.

Drive Agile/Scrum delivery and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.

Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Mentor and coach team members, promoting engineering best practices and continuous learning.

Review system architecture, application design, and code quality.

Support DevOps adoption, CI/CD implementation, and software delivery improvements.

Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, including AI-assisted software development where appropriate.

Ensure high standards of software quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role .

Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams of five or more software engineers .

Strong experience delivering projects using Agile Scrum methodologies.

Proven experience in software architecture and solution design.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Exposure to AI-assisted SDLC/PDLC tools will be an advantage.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
