Deviations Engineer, Life Sciences — RCA & CAPA Expert

Job Description

ANTAES ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Life Science Quality Engineer to lead deviations investigations and CAPA actions, ensuring compliance with global standards.

You will perform RCA using Fishbone, 5 Whys and FMEA, author audit-ready reports, monitor CAPA effectiveness, and collaborate with QA and Production to align with SOPs and validation protocols. You will identify trends, support regulatory audits (FDA, EMA), and promote data-driven process improvements to achieve Right First Time outcomes.
