Drafter & Admin Coordinator

Job Description

Create and revise AutoCAD 2D drawings based on project requirements

Incorporate site updates and assist with design visualisation

Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate drawing submissions

Assist in engineering documentation and drawing control

Manage distribution and filing of drawings

Monitoring and updating of job planning schedule.

Assist with Field Service assignment tracking and manpower scheduling.

Administration of quotations and purchase orders

Assist in preparation of Sales Invoice as per PO definition.

Assist to provide support to customers

Support to Technical Service Department
