Senior Engineer, Process

Job Description

Position Overview

To support in the performance of Engineering functions such as wafer processing and performing quality inspections and other activities that may be required.

Responsibilities

Perform wafer processes such as lithography (Coat, Expose, Develop) and lift-off.

Coordinate and process development monitoring product dies at regular interval to track process stability, Cp/Cpk.

Develop and process new optoelectronics integrated circuits products to meet design goals and requirements.

Apply state-of-the-art techniques to develop new or improved products and processes.

Prepares reports on analyses, findings, and project progress. Upkeep all process design documentation

Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned. Participates in special projects as required.

All other reasonable duties, as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 5-10 years of experience.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Knowledge and interest in silicon processing, photonics would be a plus.

Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality and Operations.

Familiarity with MS Office, data analysis tools such as JMP.
