Job Description

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement AI/ML, LLM, Computer Vision and predictive analytics solutions for construction projects.

. Integrate BIM, ERP, project, site and IoT data to support project delivery and decision-making.

. Develop data pipelines, dashboards and digital workflows using Python, SQL, Power BI and related tools.

. Identify business needs and translate them into practical and scalable digital solutions.

. Collaborate with project and site teams to test, implement and drive adoption of digital solutions.

. Ensure data quality, security, governance and solution performance.

. Evaluate emerging AI and digital technologies and develop relevant pilot solutions.

Requirements . Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.

. Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in AI, Data Science, Digital Engineering or similar role.

. Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, AI/ML and data analytics.

. Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, BI tools and BIM/project systems.

. Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

. Construction, engineering or infrastructure experience is preferred.

Preferred Experience . Autodesk Construction Cloud / Revit APIs

. Primavera P6 / Procore

. GIS and spatial analytics

. AI/digital solution deployment in construction environments
