Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and support production security platforms, with a focus on the Elastic Stack.

Design, deploy and maintain large-scale Elastic Stack environments.

Manage data ingestion, indexing, monitoring and analytics.

Support Kafka environments and related integrations.

Perform Linux administration across RHEL/Ubuntu environments.

Develop automation and scripts using Python or Bash.

Implement automation and CI/CD processes using Ansible or equivalent tools.

Provide production support, troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuous improvement.

SKILLS NEEDED

7+ years of overall professional experience, with 4–5 years of relevant experience in large-scale Elastic Stack environments.

Strong production experience with the Elastic Stack is mandatory.

Hands-on experience with Kafka.

Strong Linux administration skills across RHEL/Ubuntu.

Minimum 2 years of Python or Bash scripting/programming experience.

Experience with Ansible or equivalent automation tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently, take ownership and manage multiple priorities.

Banking/financial services experience is an advantage.
