Job Description

Site Supervision : Monitor the day-to-day activities on the construction site.

Team Coordination : Direct and coordinate construction workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators.

Scheduling : Ensure the project is progressing according to schedule and adjust timelines as needed.

Quality Control : Make sure the construction work meets the required standards and specifications.

Safety Oversight : Enforce safety regulations to minimize accidents and hazards.

Communication : Serve as the main point of contact between the site and project managers, engineers, and clients.

Problem Solving : Resolve issues that arise during construction, such as delays, equipment failures, or personnel problems.

Reporting : Keep records of work progress, incidents, weather conditions, and inspections.
