Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Python Engineer

with strong hands‑on expertise in Python development, backend automation, API development, and enterprise system integrations. The candidate will build automation solutions for business processes such as

Loans, KYC, AML, onboarding, compliance workflows, and operational handoffs

.

The role will also involve supporting

Copilot Studio agents

through custom Python services and backend integrations, as well as developing APIs and automation components that extend the Power Platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities Python Development & Automation

Design, develop, and maintain

Python-based automation solutions

.

Build automation for

Loans, KYC, AML, onboarding, compliance, and operational processes

.

Develop Python scripts, services, utilities, and reusable components to streamline business operations.

Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance automation solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability.

API & Backend Development

Develop

RESTful APIs and microservices

using Python.

Build backend services to facilitate integration between enterprise applications and workflow platforms.

Develop custom integrations with databases, APIs, enterprise applications, and third-party systems.

Support backend automation and orchestration that extends the Power Platform ecosystem.

Copilot Studio Integration

Support

Microsoft Copilot Studio agents

through custom Python services and backend integrations.

Develop APIs and services that enable Copilot agents to interact with enterprise systems and business processes.

Integrate Python-based services with workflow automation platforms.

Integration & Deployment

Integrate enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and workflow platforms.

Support testing, tuning, deployment, and production activities.

Work with development and DevOps teams to support CI/CD and deployment processes.

Prepare technical documentation for developed solutions and integrations.

Mandatory Skills

7–10 years of overall IT experience

.

Strong hands‑on experience in

Python programming

.

Experience with Python frameworks such as

FastAPI, Flask, or Django

.

Strong knowledge of

REST APIs and web services

.

Experience developing

backend automation, services, and utilities

.

Experience with

SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL

, or similar databases.

Experience integrating

enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and third-party systems

.

Understanding of workflow automation and process orchestration.

Strong knowledge of

Git and DevOps practices

.

Good troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience integrating Python services with

Microsoft Copilot Studio

.

Experience with

Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps

, or other cloud-native technologies.

Experience with

Docker and Kubernetes

.

Experience developing microservices and distributed applications.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment.

Experience working in

Agile/Scrum

environments.

Banking or financial services experience, particularly in

Loans, KYC, AML, or compliance processes

, is preferred.
