Job Description: Identify areas of growth, develop and execute initiatives to drive business and commercial impact
Conduct data analysis on campaigns performance and offer recommendations for campaign optimisation, such as innovative engagement and sales mechanics to enhance campaign performance
Drive problem solving and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on key business issues
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance reporting to facilitate management decision making
Keep abreast of trends on other ecommerce platforms and broader industry developments
Act as a point-of-contact to interface with cross-functional departments
Requirements: At least 5 years' experience in a high performing organisation
Background in e-Commerce, marketing or dynamic tech start-ups is a plus
Excellent command of English. Good communication and writing skills
Excellent stakeholder and project management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage expectations. Experience with change management is a plus
Analytical and structured thinker, with outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skills
Independent and self-motivated. Enjoys challenges and taking ownership of tasks
Flexible to taking on new, unfamiliar and difficult tasks or projects
Result oriented with bias for hands-on execution
Advanced Excel skills and high degree of comfort with numbers knowledge in SQL is a plus
