Project Coordinator (Facilities Maintenance)

Position : Project Coordinator (Facilities / Building Maintenance)

Location : Admiralty Street

Working hours : Monday to Friday | 10am to 7pm | Saturday Half Day

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 + Transport Allowance (Own car) + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14-18 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits + Mobile Allowance

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate maintenance projects, service schedules and site arrangements.

Liaise with clients, vendors, contractors, technicians and internal teams.

Monitor project progress and follow up on pending works or delays.

Prepare and maintain project documents, reports and service records.

Assist with quotation follow-up, resource planning and administrative support.

Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and site access when required.

Escalate project issues, delays or risks to management when necessary.

Requirements:

Minimum ITE / Diploma in Project Management, Engineering, Facilities Management or related discipline.

At least 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, maintenance coordination, service coordination or related role.

Candidates with experience in facilities, M&E, ACMV, electrical, building maintenance or contractor coordination will be advantageous.
