BIM Modeller: Structural & M&E BIM Specialist

Job Description

CHECC (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a BIM/Drafting professional to create accurate Revit models and develop 3D presentations for tender and construction.

You will maintain BIM/CAD standards, produce plan/elevation/section drawings, and collaborate with M&E teams on HVAC, plumbing, lighting and security systems.

Role requires a Diploma/Degree in Architecture/M&E and 1–3 years of experience, with on-site work at the Bayfront area in Singapore.
