Process Engineer – Investment Casting

Job Description

Highlights:

Salary: $4000 - $6000

Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Job Scope:

Join a precision manufacturing environment where you will manage and improve

investment casting and machining processes from raw material to finished product .

Manage and improve the full investment casting process, from wax injection, shell making, metal melting/pouring to heat treatment, NDT and final inspection.

Develop manufacturing processes, work instructions and technical documentation.

Support CNC machining, tooling and fixture development.

Lead new product introduction, process trials and production improvements.

Troubleshoot manufacturing and quality issues with Production and QA teams.

Drive improvements in yield, cycle time, cost and process stability.

Support automation and new manufacturing technology projects.

Work with customers on technical clarification, drawings and process requirements

Job Requirement:

Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or related Engineering studies.

Hands-on experience in investment casting is preferred.
