What Will You Do?

Build & Deliver:

Develop robust, high-performance features for our core trading platforms using modern technology stacks.

Collaborate & Integrate:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and QA, to deliver seamless user experiences.

Innovate & Improve:

Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and continuous enhancement.

Grow & Learn:

Receive mentorship to strengthen your technical skills, with opportunities to take on more complex challenges and leadership responsibilities.

For Senior Software Engineer roles:

Lead technical delivery for key projects.

Mentor junior engineers and support team development.

Help define technical standards and engineering best practices.

What Are We Looking For?

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Software Engineer:

1–3 years of professional software development experience.

Strong foundation in Java, with willingness to work with Oracle PL/SQL.

Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, React, and JSP.

Familiarity with Linux environments and application servers such as Tomcat.

Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality.

For Senior Software Engineer roles:

5+ years of professional software development experience.

Strong expertise in Java and Oracle PL/SQL.

Proven experience leading the delivery of complex software modules and mentoring team members.

Strong proficiency in Java, Oracle PL/SQL, Linux, JSP, Tomcat, and HTML. Experience with React is an advantage.

Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions and collaborate effectively across teams.

Bonus Points For

Experience in the fintech, trading, or banking industry.

Understanding of networking concepts and system architecture.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and with project management tools such as Jira.
