About Our Client
A leading commodities trading firm with strong capabilities across trading, logistics, and supply chain, connecting global producers and consumers.
Job Description Ensure accurate and timely booking of futures trades
Reconcile futures positions against exchange and broker statements
Circulate daily reports to traders and relevant stakeholders.
Ensure timely communication of pricing confirmations to buyers and sellers via email.
Review contracts issued by traders against business confirmations and standard terms.
Distribute signed contracts to counterparties (buyers/sellers).
Follow up with counterparties to ensure timely return of executed documents.
Support trade allocation as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Trade Support & Operations professional should have: Bachelor degree in relevant field
Understanding of financial instruments
Open to candidates with no experience
