Job Title: Engineer/ Sales Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries for our products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and requirements.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop customised solutions and proposals that address client challenges and objectives.
Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and competitive offerings to inform sales strategies and positioning.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
Qualifications:
Polytechnic diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical sales and/or engineering roles, preferably in HVAC & Refrigeration.
Strong understanding of mechanical or electrical systems and technologies, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
