Software Test Engineer (Manual & Automation)

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

Minimum two years of experience in a software product development or software testing environment.

Experience executing test plans and test cases for desktop and/or web applications, including both manual and automated testing methodologies.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum software development environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:

Practical experience with test automation and familiarity with automation frameworks such as TestCafe, TestNG, Selenium, or equivalent.

Experience creating test plans and test cases based on requirement analysis and functional specifications.

Practical knowledge of applying AI tools and techniques to improve software testing productivity, such as test case generation, test result analysis, or defect investigation.

Experience in regression, integration, and system testing.

Experience collaborating with local and global software development teams.

Familiarity with defect tracking and project management tools such as Jira.

Knowledge of CI/CD practices and source control systems such as Git is an advantage.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
