HR Automation & Analytics Assistant

Job Description

PERSOL is seeking a candidate to support Group HR in recruitment lifecycle initiatives with exposure to HR analytics and automation. You will work on data-driven outputs, build practical tools, and translate complex information into clean, user-friendly formats for the healthcare cluster across multiple entities.

Responsibilities include enhancing Power Automate processes, exploring HR automation, and consolidating HR data in Excel while identifying opportunities for VBA-based improvements.
