Responsibilities
– Create CNC programs with understanding of drawing details, customer specifications and requirements.
– Generate CNC programs, set-up and tooling lists as per company QSM and engineering department procedures.
– Update CNC programs after they are tested.
– Design fixture and request for new tools as and when required.
– Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
– Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
– Candidates with related professional certificates may be considered.
– At least 2 years of working experience in CNC Programming (Turning or Milling).
– Ability to interpret BOM & technical drawings.
– Proficiency in CAD/ CAM software.
– Good knowledge of milling/ turning tooling and machining processes.
