About the role

Perform product trouble shooting, root cause analysis and repair of field return units. Provide technical support and correspond to internal customers' query. Generate Output as per schedule and plan.

About you

Min. 1 year working experience in PCBA environment

Knowledge and experience in PCBA troubleshooting & soldering process, PCBA debugging using functional test method

Knowledge in circuit schematic diagram is essential

Knowledge in Electrical components and Mechanical assembly and tools use

Good communication skill both verbal & written

Positive attitude and willingness to learn & share

Good organizing skill and self motivated

Able to work as a team
