Role Summary Established Fortune 500, US MNC @ Biopharmaceutical based at Joo Koon

9-Months Renewable Contract

Up to $10,000 per month

Job Responsibilities Maintain and ensure compliance of GMP computerized automation systems used in sterile manufacturing.

Perform routine system reviews, including user access, alarms, audit trails, backups and system logs.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PLC, HMI and SCADA systems.

Support Rockwell Automation and Siemens automation platforms.

Manage system-related deviations, change controls and CAPAs.

Support commissioning, qualification and validation of computerized systems.

Prepare and review validation documents and ensure systems remain in a validated and compliant state.

Support GMP, Data Integrity and cybersecurity requirements.

Work closely with QA, Manufacturing, Engineering, Validation, IT and external vendors.

Support internal audits, regulatory inspections and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements Degree in Automation, Electrical/Electronics, Instrumentation, Computer Engineering or related discipline.

5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Hands-on experience with PLC/SCADA systems, preferably in a sterile manufacturing environment.

Good knowledge of GMP, equipment validation and maintenance.

Experience with Rockwell FactoryTalk, Siemens TIA Portal, WinCC or Historian is preferred.

Experience with Maximo, TrackWise or Kneat is an advantage.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated manufacturing environment.
