Job Description & Requirements

Prepare detailed 2D and 3D steel structural drawings and plans

Draft site layouts, grading plans, drainage systems, road alignments, and utility plans

Revise drawings based on engineer or client feedback

Interpret engineering calculations, sketches, and specifications

Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, regulations, and project requirements

Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors during project development

Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation

Assist in quantity take-offs and preparation of technical reports when required

Conduct site visits for measurements and verification if necessary

Requirements

Knowledge of steel structural drafting standards and construction methods

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

Familiarity with BIM and AutoCAD tools

Basic understanding of surveying and land development concepts

Able work work under pressure and meet tight deadlines , with flexbility to work extended hours when required
