Etch Process Engineer

to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located at the

East,

easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

Lead

etch process development and technology transfer

activities to support new products and manufacturing requirements.

Drive

process optimisation and continuous improvement

initiatives to enhance yield, productivity, process capability, and manufacturing efficiency.

Troubleshoot and resolve

etch process-related issues , identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions.

Monitor and maintain

SPC controls and process performance , including CpK, to ensure stable and capable production processes.

Qualify and release

process equipment and tools

to support manufacturing capacity and production requirements.

Evaluate and qualify

alternative materials or suppliers

to achieve cost optimisation while maintaining process quality and reliability.

Plan and execute

engineering projects

related to process improvement, capacity enhancement, cost reduction, and manufacturing efficiency.

Participate in continuous improvement programmes, including

Lean Six Sigma, best-known methods, and productivity initiatives .

Ensure all process activities, engineering changes, qualifications, and improvements are properly documented in accordance with manufacturing requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Semiconductor Technology, or a related discipline.

1–3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing or wafer fabrication.

Basic knowledge of semiconductor processes, devices, electronics, and process engineering principles.

Familiarity with SPC, process capability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, with good analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
