Intern: Service Channel Evaluation & Data Analytics

Job Description

Ministry Of Social And Family Development (MSF) invites interns to support data-driven evaluation of its service model within the Customer Experience Division, contributing to evidence-based decisions in a public sector context.

You will produce analyses, charts and dashboards, explore patterns in client behaviour and performance trends, and help streamline insights with AI-enabled tools, while gaining exposure to service design and operations.
