Job Description

UNITED MEDICARE PTE LTD in Toa Payoh is seeking an administrative assistant to support the Kitchen team with day-to-day tasks, filing, data entry and documentation management.

Based in a nursing home setting, you will maintain inventories, coordinate with vendors, track POs/DOs/invoices, ensure food safety compliance, assist with audits and rostering, and handle ad-hoc tasks with initiative.
