Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic technical leader to oversees datacenter network infrastructure across Singapore and five regional markets, managing a team of 10+ network professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in network technologies, proven people leadership skills, and substantial experience operating in highly regulated financial environments.

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement and maintain our Data Centre environment within a highly regulated banking environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data center networking, automation, and security to support mission-critical financial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Enterprise network team, fostering a high-performance culture

Collaborate with multiple internal teams (Infrastructure, Security, Applications and compliance) to drive holistic solutions

Manage SG and regional datacenter networks leveraging ACI, EVPN network technology

Adhere to bank-mandated network architecture standards and enforce a strong compliance mindset across all activities

Oversee vendor engagement and commercial negotiations, working with Group procurement team

Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls in all network operations, working with Compliance team

Monitor network performance, resolve technical escalations, and implement continuous improvement SG and regional network initiatives

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline

15+ years of enterprise network engineering experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity

Demonstrated expertise in managing datacenter networks across multiple geographies

Deep technical knowledge of Datacenter network technology

Strong experience in financial services or similarly regulated industries, with proven compliance acumen

Excellent team management, and commercial negotiation skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and align non-technical senior stakeholders
