IT Support Engineer – End-User & Desktop Specialist

Job Description

NCS is seeking an IT Support Engineer based in Singapore to deliver end-user support and basic IT administration across client platforms. You will troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, and coordinate with vendors on hardware replacements, while ensuring compliance with service levels.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in a related field, 2+ years of technology administration experience, some networking knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office. Singapore-based candidates only.
