Job Summary

Join Voltrium Systems as a Technical Support Engineer to assemble, configure, and maintain machine vision and industrial computer systems. Provide technical support to international clients and collaborate with regional teams on innovative AI and vision projects.

Responsibilities

Assemble, install, configure, and maintain machine vision and industrial computer systems to ensure optimal performance

Operate and troubleshoot computing hardware, software, AI, Deep Learning, and AI software tools to resolve technical issues promptly

Deliver on-site and remote technical support to clients, ensuring effective problem resolution and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with sales and project teams by providing technical expertise during pre-sales and post-sales stages to support business growth

Prepare clear, detailed technical documentation and reports to communicate system status and project progress

Participate in international training, seminars, and exhibitions to enhance technical knowledge and industry awareness

Work closely with colleagues and assigned mentors to develop skills and contribute to team objectives

Coordinate with regional offices to align technical support and project delivery across markets

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills demonstrated through technical problem-solving and client interactions

Proficiency in English communication Mandarin language skills are an added advantage

Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software, hardware, and AI/machine vision systems
