Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Job Description

Job Title: ASSISTANT QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) ENGINEER / QA ENGINEER

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Responsibilities

Manage, compile, and review ECR/ECN, 8D/CAR, and engineering records.

Prepare equipment manuals and perform English-Chinese translations.

Coordinate warranty parts returns and support hands-on return analysis across departments.

Arrange chemical samples with external laboratories.

Assist internal teams with customer/third-party document submissions and ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Engineering. 2+ years of experience (Semiconductor preferred) OR fresh graduates with relevant internship/project experience.

High proficiency in English and Chinese (for document translation and associate liaison).

Strong communication, hands-on mindset, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
