Job Description

We're looking for a

Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

to design, implement, and support secure and resilient cloud infrastructure powering critical government digital services.

You will be part of the Cloud Infrastructure and Security team, working closely with application teams to design and implement scalable

AWS cloud infrastructure , strengthen security and observability, and ensure compliance with government ICT standards.

What you'll do:

Design, implement, and manage secure

AWS cloud infrastructure , including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, and IAM

Provision and automate cloud infrastructure using

Terraform , CI/CD pipelines, GitLab/GitHub, and Ansible

Strengthen

cloud security, monitoring, observability, and operational resilience , including incident resolution and vulnerability management

Advise application teams on infrastructure architecture, security design, deployment, and cloud best practices

Support

ICT security assessments, audits, remediation, security patching, and GCC compliance , while coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

Hands-on experience in

AWS cloud infrastructure , with knowledge of EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, networking, and security

Experience with

Terraform/IaC, CI/CD, DevOps, and automation tools

such as GitLab, GitHub, or Ansible

Good understanding of

cloud security , including vulnerability management, access control, security hardening, and CIS benchmarks

Experience supporting

production infrastructure , including monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, and operational resilience

Familiarity with

Government Commercial Cloud (GCC)

or government ICT security standards relevant AWS certifications will be an advantage
