Job Responsibilities
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Oversee construction activities on site, manage any changes to works, and review drawings to ensure designs are practical and effective.
Manage all aspects of project management, including coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects.
Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes, and drawings are properly documented.
Serve as the main point of contact, attending meetings at the site with clients, the project team, and relevant authorities.
Responsible for site supervision and implementation of project plans.
Monitor project costing, budget, claims, and schedules to ensure financial and timeline targets are met.
Manage and lead the project team to ensure site progress aligns with the project schedule.
Ensure that Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) practices are always adhered to on site.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in mechanical works for a construction subcontractor (preferably ACMV).
Proficient in reading and using AutoCAD drawings.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
