Job Description

Social Worker role in Singapore seeks an empathetic professional to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents. The incumbent will monitor progress, deliver programmes to meet care needs, and compile monthly interview records and six-monthly reviews for about 50 residents. Degree in Social Work required; experience in social services preferred.
