What you'd do:

Design, build and maintain full-stack features using React, TypeScript and Golang

Lead technical design for support journeys across Help Centre and internal platforms

Build scalable, observable microservices that integrate with downstream systems

Own production readiness including monitoring, alerting and incident response

Mentor engineers and raise the engineering quality bar through code review

What they want:

4+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong full-stack skills

Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript for frontend and Golang for backend

Good understanding of distributed systems, API design and reliability trade-offs

Experience leading technical design and delivering projects independently

Familiarity with AI-assisted development including coding agents and LLM APIs

Nice to have:

Experience with Temporal or other workflow orchestration systems

Experience building AI-powered support automation or chatbot flows

Experience with ticketing systems, Help Centre or CRM platforms 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong full-stack skills
