We have a user input that is a garbled text. The system guidelines say we are reading a job description. But here we have no job description. It's gibberish. It's not a valid job description. According to the instructions: We must check if the content meets certain criteria: no salary info, no eligibility, no location, etc. The text seems to be mostly nonsense, includes random characters, no job details. According to the rule: "FinalAction: CannotImprove if core content is missing / unusably vague (no responsibilities and no requirements) or spam. This INCLUDES teaser ads: postings truncated before any real duties or requirements appear, 'register your interest' / talent-pool invitations, and stubs that only name a role with no real duties or requirements - never reformat those. A posting with real duties or requirements is NOT a teaser, even if its final sentence is cut off."
In this case, we have no duties or requirements. So definitely it's unusably vague. Therefore FinalAction should be "CannotImprove" and no "FormattedDescription
