UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

UX Research & Service Designer / UX/UI Designer

to support the discovery and design phase of a large-scale digital transformation project.

Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to gather requirements.

Define user personas, customer journeys, and success metrics.

Perform usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and benchmark analysis.

Develop information architecture, user flows, and wireframes.

Create high-fidelity prototypes for desktop and mobile experiences.

Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure design feasibility.

Present insights, recommendations, and design solutions to project teams.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in UX Research, Service Design, or UX/UI Design.

Strong experience in user research, journey mapping, information architecture, and usability testing.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.

Experience designing responsive web and mobile experiences.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

Experience in large-scale website redesign or digital transformation projects is preferred.
