Job Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to follow up on payment related to hospital bills

Receivables management

General customer service duties

Handle patient enquiries, provide billing information to patients

Sending statement of accounts

Job Requirements:

Good interpersonal, communication and written skills

Proactive, committed and self-motivated

Positive team player who is also able to work independently

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word & Excel)
